It’s perfectly normal to experience a wide range of emotions – I can be happy, sad, angry, ecstatic, or annoyed. Each feeling is a part of who I am and recognizing them is crucial for personal growth. Embracing and acknowledging these emotions helps me understand myself better and foster self-acceptance.
While it’s essential to honour all feelings, I also strive to address and improve the aspects of my life that may lead to negative effects. By petting my emotions with kindness and using them as a guide, I can cultivate a deeper sense of personal strength. Every emotion contributes to my journey toward becoming more authentic.
