5000 Steps Challenge – Day 1

Alhamdulillah, I managed to complete 5000 steps today before Maghrib time.

There were days I walked more than 5000 or even 8000 steps a day. I want to get back to that healthy pattern.

I still remember when I was 17 years old. Exercising was a joy, and I felt healthy and fit! Can I recapture that feeling again?
